Professional rangers with open safari vehicles can take guests on game drives in a Big 5 game reserve. More than 20 species, including Sable, Roan, Buffalo, Hippo, Elephant, Rhino and all common Antelope. Predators include Leopard, Brown Hyena and Caracals.
This trip is one of the most romantic, you can imagine with a festive dinner on white tablecloths under the stars listning to the sounds of the African night.
First you come on a safari in an open vehicle bush among wild animals, under the guidance of an experienced guide. Then we head to Pride Rock, where dinner awaits.
on the top of the famous rock, enjoy the sunset, while the cook prepares the food, which is a typical African celebration dinner with a lovely South African wine and an authentic African atmosphere.

The tour goes to the local village and show how far the country has come today. We pass the local chief’s kraal for a little refreshment,those with a strong heart can try the local homebrew.

By early afternoon we head towards the Palala River to a small riverboat with an experienced guide who can tell about wildlife in and along the river and not forgetting the stunning African scenery.
Along the way you will be served drinks, refreshments and local delicacies. River trip is a both relaxing and exciting way to experience wildlife - not to mention the amazing African sunset. On the trip there is a chance to see crocodiles, hippos and many other animals including birdlife.Departure early afternoon and back for dinner in camp.This is approx. 35 min from the camp. |
Before the ride around in the mountainous Shambalala Game Reserve, you get a chance to meet the elephants face to face while enjoying a refreshment and a light meal.
Each elephant is controlled by an experienced elephant trainer, who shares his vast knowledge of the bush in fluent English, and the pack followed closely by an armed guide on foot. You are very welcome to take pictures along the route.
After the tour you can relax and get something to eat while you share this unique experience with other participants.
This Game Reserve is located in a 12,000 acre wildlife sanctuary in the heart of the majestic Waterberg mountains 20 km from Vaalwater in the Limpopo Province. Here you will be lucky to meet Africa's Big Five, lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards and rhinos, and additionally cheetahs, African wild dogs and endangered black rhino as well as most other wild species that naturally belong in the area.Departure is early morning and ride on elephant is 2 hours.This reserve is about an hours drive from the camp. |

You learn about medicinal plants on animal tracks and how to survive in the bush. This is probably as a surprise to many of us that almost every plant, root or timber has a purpose and can be used either to treat sick or as food.
You also get the opportunity to watch closely how the vultures eat at the "vulture restaurant".Will departure early morning and after 4 hours be back for brunch.This is approx. 30 min. drive from camp.
